To be fair i think most of the rumours were he was heading to Japan to play Union, anyone expecting him to sign for a SL club with the money he was demanding was not in there right mind.
Do not know much about Aussie Rules behind the scenes interesting to see if they have a salary cap given the fact the likes of Falou, Inglis etc would also be prime targets for there code.
