It's a very good idea, KK, even if it doesn't answer the problem of lower attendances for all home games that we've had this season.

We need to take a leaf out of Huddersfield's book, IMO, and concentrate on making the season ticket itself a more attractive proposition.

What if a (reduced price) season ticket also included a voucher to be passed on to a non-season ticket holder with the offer for those games as you've proposed? The season ticket holders won't be agrieved by the discounting, as they can decide who gets the voucher, and the club gets more people through the gates.

Good idea,I have been thinking about something along the same lines myself.

However as far as I am lead to believe, these games are low in numbers because of Nil away support. We had about 5K for the Quins game that were all wakey supporters. If you talk to anyone at the club its the televised games that are the real problem and its those that need more marketing and incentives.

So I'd do the above and my free ticket would be the first televised game that came along.

Further to the above some form of multi buy discount scheme could be considered.

Again some people don't buy a season ticket because they know they can only get to a certain amount of games (shift work,hols, etc).

However you could offer these people incentives if they bought a certain amount of tickets for games of their choice.

You mean a 10,11,12,or 13 game season ticket

To be fair to the club they have all ready put some really good offers on the table and please bare in mind the Celtic tickets are only a tenna !! I think its a case that ppl just dont wanna turn up ...
