Think franks playing instead

Just like last season Pitts as done very little wrong but as become the fall guy as the so called stars have returned from injury I like the look of this kid but he needs 1st team game time

Jay is missing out again and its a shame for him, like you say he does a good job and will only get better with game time, seems he is the fall guy.

His form did drop and I think there may have but some merit to easing his load a little and playing him in the reserves for a brief while, but other than that I agree. Overall he has shown he is already capable mixing it in he first team and with the shortages we have had, playing him might have avoided some of the filling in the gaps with players out of place that has gone on.

I watched the game, I thought Pitts was lazy, he did not look for work in attack but defended well. Bibb again did the minimum if you were a neutral watching the game who was not aware that these two are full time you would not know from watching them. You could not say from last nights efforts that either player is busting a gut to get back in the first team. Luke George looked class with the ball in hand and was a handful for Hull. I would have liked to see him look for more work in attack.

The stand out first team player was Hendo who worked hard all game and looked like a player wanting to prove his worth to the coach.

The best of the non first teamers were the full back who I think is Carl Gibsons son, and our number 17 Sam Scott who changed the game when he came on with his work rate and top defence.
