Below is a copy of a message from a chap about doing another walk. As with the others, this one could be quite special.

Now I know that the date of the match has yet to be fixed, and that will have a massive effect, but I did say that I would open this idea up to see who / if anyone would be willing to get involved.

There are other groups who have been asked the same question, so it's not clear how it would be organised (just so that no-one feels put out).

So, read on, then - if you might be interested, put your name and any thoughts / ideas underneath.

[iI spoke to you 2 weeks ago with regard to doing a sponsored walk in Leons memory, as discussed previously we would like to do a 10 mile walk down in Wales and if we can get permission from Wakefield, Celtic and Maesteg rugby union we would like to start at Maesteg and finish at the Brewery Fields prior to the rematch with Wakefield and if Celtic would allow we would also like to do a collection at half time and all proceeds would go to the Walkers or the charity of there choice.

I will be speaking to companies with the local area for sponsorship and my cousin will be doing the same around Wakefield we will also contact all Rugby clubs and sky to publisise the event hopefully my employer will assist me in setting up a web site and we will also set up a facebook site.

We would appreciate any advice that you can give us.[/i

Good luck to him with this walk and i'm sure Celtic will help him all they can, if its possible we will get down and tag along with these guys.

That's a nice idea i think a lot of people would want to do this walk in the memory of Leon and like Al said if Possible would love to tag along

Until the game is re-schedule ie kick off time & that it'll be hard to sort out when to go down to Wales for people who don't have Car's unless you put a Special bus on for the walkers but it does depend on what time there decide the kick off

As said, date will be an issue, but if I am going, I would happy to add this to my sponsor sheet, and have a stroll in God's country to give these lads support.
