Its very difficult for a foreign team in their first year to perform well away from home - Catalans had that problem in year one. Look at where they finished last year in their third year.
Then to pitch them against the best team in their division is also harsh, Celtic Crusaders also had that problem, and I am sure they will improve - especially against teams from the lower end of the table.
Maybe we should be kinder in our fixture programme to newcomers? On the other hand - some might say stuff them if they don't come from the M62?
Quote="Wollo-Wollo-Wollo-Wayoo"I noticed the name Houles on the back of a shirt. Turned off at 20odd nil so never confirmed if it was Silvain or not. Judging by his defensive efforts I reckon it was!

It was Silvain.
Switched off just before half time as I wasn't enjoying it.
I didn't realize that ability came into the equation when SL are expanding, it's all about the expansion of the game at all costs.on the back of "murrayfield magic" expect a team of sweaties in the near future in SL!!! Toulouse are certain to be included in the short term otherwise itmakes a mockery of there inclusion this year in NL1! just like the tafs in at all costs, because it wasn't down to support, welsh RL ability or playing on a level playing field, and as for there ground!!!!
