..what about having a big sealed perspex jar or something in the bar, where people could chuck their loose change for the Squadbuilder scheme?
And for the crossbar challenge, some kind of small generic RL prize (so away fans feel it's worth winning, too) for whoever gets his/her name selected to do the challenge, regardless of wether they win the challenge or not? A lot of people don't want to make a fool of themselves for nowt, but if they got a shirt or scarf - even a bobble hat!- they probably wouldn't mind looking like a nob for a minute or two, and therefore might be far more likely to buy a ticket.
