We are only 3 wins from being above Dewsbury and Whitehaven, neither side are that well at the minute, come on Cougars lets see a big push for a decent table position
Dewsbury have improved, but that was Sheffields third game in 8 days and they visibly tired towards the end. Dewsbury did an excellent job of keeping their powerful centres quiet and we will have to do likewise to stand any chance away from home.
Our home game against dewsbury also looks like it will be a belter with a lot riding on it. They have improved since we beat them.
On game at a time! Let's try and pull a rabbit out of the hat tomorrow first!? At least, let's try and get something from some of the harder games. Anyone think just getting into the 'plus' points will have made any psychological difference to the Cougars?
I honestly feel the game against Sheffield will give a huge indication as to where our season will end. I think if we win that we will stay up. Some statement I know. We have Dewsbury and Haven at home later in the season and neither of them seem to have a great deal to worry us. As we all know on normal points we'd be above em both and them Rams havent WON a game yet.
I think Halifax may teach us a thing or two tomorrow and then hope the boys really let rip on telly on Thursday.
