Went to watch them play the rhinos and whilst the score was 76-22 it does not ytell the tale just how good Blackpool were especially first half they played fantastic rugby and really rattled leeds and could have been level at end of 1st half.

2nd half as expected rhinos turned up the heat but most their tries were via sinfields kicks crossfield.

Blackpool deserve a lot of credit and showed the quality part time championship 1 players have.

Have to agree Blackpool were a real threat in the first half with some clever plays. Their No7 looked lively.

Leeds brushed them aside in the first few minutes to score a try then seemed to think it was all over. For the rest of the first half Blackpool showed them otherwise. Full credit to them they battled until the very end.

It was my first time at Headingly for a few years and I must say how good the atmosphere in the South Stand was. We had a nice bunch of people around us and chatted most of the match. The "band" played throughout the match and instigated most of the singing (glad we weren't too close). Loads of kids and young people and Ronnie the Rhino kept them entertained.

A good evening out.
