I see Torres has easily the highest goals per game ratio in the Premier League this season. He still managed 14 anyway, not bad considering he doesn't take penalties either.

They've always been a club I've liked anyway. Their whole ethos is something I admire; still fiercely regionalist after years of being a bastion of Catalanism opposed to the fascist centralist government in Madrid, owned by its members, and their first ever shirt sponsor is Unicef, who they pay money to rather than the other way round.

Depends who else City go after. I'd like to see City make an attempt at Dean Ashton, and he'd be enough of a fitness gamble up front without adding Martins as well IMO. Jonas is likely to be too expensive for City to manage/justify in the position he plays, the real investment needs to be up front and in the middle first. |

Nothing wrong with wanting Barca to win, I'd want Liverpool to get beat by a Serial Killers XI. Just a bit small time to put it in your avatar unless you're about 10.
Agree with your comments about Barca though - one of the world's greats and if United have to lose tomorrow, rather them than most (if not all) other teams. |
