I think like i said on the fantasy page that we can vote against the trade. What happens when we do IIRC is that the commish gets the deciding vote, or at least that was my understanding when i was commish last year.

Did he ever actually come out in the media and say this? All I ever heard was that if his injury kept bothering him then he would retire. But I think the media just heard something and ran with it.
