Did it not cross your mind that perhaps the Journalists conducting these interviews could/should/would come up with some better/original questions?
I read an interview with Bret a few weeks ago that the interview asked about what the Ultimate Warrior was like as a person

| So Judgment Day carried on WWEs run of excellent pay per views this year.
The Opener (Punk/Umaga) was a decent enough match to kick off the show. Yet again Punk loses on PPV though, way to build him up as a challenger.
Swagger v Christian was a disappointment but in a good way. It was actually a pretty decent short match but not quite on the level of their previous two fantastic efforts. From the ending it's evident we'll see a rematch, which isn't a bad thing, I'd rather they overkilled this feud than saw that Russian sack of crap anywhere near a main event.
Morrison v Benjamin could have been a cracker with 5 more minutes. JM is really getting over as a face and pulled some amazing moves in this match. This is what I want to see more of in WWE, the younger talented guys getting a chance to shine on PPV and produce the second best match of the night.
The segment involving Santino was, as always, hillarious. Highlights included "The Fiz" and "Vladimir Coleslaw" And Chavo v Santino is fine as a lower card feud. Having Santino work with a half decent wrestler can't do him any harm.
Jericho v Mysterio was the MOTN, and again, could have been something special given more time. The physcology of the match was as good as you're likely to see, and the reversals for the 619 were innovative. Hopefully they can have a rematch at extreme rules and steal the show again.
Orton v Batista dragged and didn't really click, much like their match at Armageddon. As for the Flair thing, I'm not sure it's a good thing, his retirement was booked superbly and I'd hate to see him wrestle again and struggle to carry Rhodes and Di Biase who are still unbelievably green.
Cena v Show was the worst match of the night as expected. How many times lately has Show had the worst match? Why do WWE keep putting him in high profile matches? As he killed the crowd yet again.
Edge v Hardy was another good match, and much better than their effort at Royal Rumble. I thought they'd left the Hardys feud alone so I was angry to see Matt get involved and cost Jeff the match, no doubt that means we get another poor effort from them at Extreme Rules, whereas Edge will probably be left to feud with CM Punk or a returning Undertaker.

| Can't believe Geriatric Flair is back on my TV. Suppose he needs a few additional paypackets to pay for his son's bail and rehab.
Am I the only one who whinces whenever Umaga throws one of his opponents? They always look loose and sloppy, the wraparound sidewalk slam is a case in point.
Jericho-Mysterio is long, long overdue and, probably, won't be a long feud, considering they look for all the world to be pushing the 'Clash of the egos' feud between the Smackdown Blondes.

| Disappointing ECW show last night, and it's very rare that that is the case these days.
Davey Hart Smith v Finlay went 19 minutes, that's too long for a TV match and the crowd burned out.
I stick by my opinion that it's the hidden gem in WWE's locker these days, it's still well worth a watch.

Yep I agree. I have said before that ECW is the one show I would watch a week if I had to. It is consistently good which can not be said for Raw and Smackdown.
I agree this weeks show was not up to it's usual standards though. Either Bourne or Christian have had the 15 minute match for the past month and they can have a great match with anyone, so Smith vs Finlay was always going to let down.

| ONS (Extreme Rules) PPV is looking gash already. Orton v Batista in a cage looks alright but those 2 definately don't work against each other. Cena v Big Show in a submission match will probably be the worst of the year with everyone just waiting for Cena to hit the STFU which he couldn't do at JD.

| Maybe a little off topic but RWA are running a show in Runcorn on Saturday 30th May.
It's a local promotion in Runcorn that has been running for coming close to 5 years. They run monthly shows and also a weekly training academy. Head trainer for the school is Andy Baker who has trained in pro wrestling for 7 years. 2 of which was spent at Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) which was seen as a main development school for WWE.
Andy's only apperance on WWE TV was as a contestant in Chris Master's "Masterlock Challenge" in 2005 when the WWE recorded Raw in Birmingham.
Andy prides himself on allowing the local community the chance to be given good training and the ability to show off there skills in local shows designed to offer a good level of entertainment at a price that is both affordable and good value.
The Website for the RWA is [urlhttp://www.rwa-wrestling.com[/url
The trailer for the show can be found here [urlhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Opr0jj_SHuw[/url
If anyone would be interested in attending please get in touch.
Thanks

| Not sure how accurate this is as I don't watch TNA, but I read the other day that last weeks 1hr ECW show had 24 mins of in-ring wrestling while 2hrs of TNA had 17 minutes
Also what is going on with Flair? Is he out of retirement and wrestling again?

| I'm being informed by some friends in America (who also happen to be employed by a large sports entertainment company ) that the 2010 HOF is shaping up along with Wrestlemania.
WWE are trying to twist The Rock's arm into one last match at Wrestlemania. He'll be inducted into the HOF quicker if he agrees to a match with John Cena. Cena presented the idea to Vince who agreed in allowing Cena to offer the challenge publicly to The Rock - which is why a lot of news articles are coming out in terms of Cena offering this challenge.
However, part of the suggestion by Cena was that The Rock lost - which would be a bit of a sticky point in getting him to agree. However, it's understood that Cena was overruled on this point.
Now, you'll probably say 'yeh right, talk about crap rumours etc', but the same people were correct when The Rock returned for the Eugene and Coach segment, and the Diva contest which The Rock had a pie segment in.

| Cena is sh*t. Why would the Rock lower himself to that? Stay retired Rock, the WWE has gone downhill rapidly since you left. The only reason this match would be worth it to the Rock, is if he was offered loads of wonga.

| Anyone see last night's Raw? OMG Vince's ego took a bruising so he's out to air it on the show.
Raw was ment to come from Denver (I think). However the Denver NBA team (the nuggets ) are in the NBA play offs so they told WWE they couldn't use the arena as they needed it. So Vince got a strop on and spent the first 15 minutes of the show, coming from LA, slating the nuggets and their owner with the usual guys in stupid wigs pretending to be them. Lucky for me I sky+ it because after the first 2minutes of this (which included a video package explaining why vince has his pants all bunched over this) i just had to spin on thru which is how I know the segment lasted 15 minutes.
And they wonder why people call wrestling lowbrow

No, they don't have to fill time with nonsense like that, it's Vince's ego that means they do. There are loads of undercard wrestlers that they could have put in that 15 minute slot, but trying to score pathetic points over a perceived slight is far more important than actual wrestling in today's WWE.
