Odds on in Open races is always one to be wary of (and as a rule of thumb the shorter the distance the more vunerable they are). Whilst everyones eyes are on the Derby alot of runners will be given their first runs in Opens and as last night showed some will come good at massive odds but thats how Greyhounds develop and unless your trained by Charlie Lister your likely to go off at big odds now and then but that will not stop a decent "unfashionable" dog winning.

What was poor at Peterborough was the amount of railers in Trap 4 (nothing they could have done about the Final but one off opens should have a better balance of runners).

Yeah I am - think she'll run a good race, the front two in the market are worthy favourites though as we know Elusive Wave has trained on and Fantasia was impressive at Newmarket.

The Italian Open is anyones to win and could well turn into a birdie fest and is often won by a first time winner or at least a lower profile name....Simon Khan has a decent record there and has won the Welsh Open which is a similar low scoring shoot out and at 200/1 is worth a go.

No arguments there but people like Allsopp, Cahill and Clemenson know the time of day and the last 2 being Hove trainers I'd say now the Stow is no more that is the best standard graded track in the country (a fair few of dogs that have gone through the grades at Hove are in the 2nd round of the Derby).

Always great if you pull one out of the fire on the last bet to finish up.

Always a shocker if you were well up after 3 or 4 bets only to find it slowly ebbing away and only end up by a tenner

I only had the two but was using the winnings from the first two bets to fund everything else. Ended up around £50-£80 in profit, not even worked it out properly yet. Placed everything via Stan James mobile whilst wandering the streets of Edinburgh, not a clue what I'd have done without that this weekend.

what bets dont they do they seem to just about bet on everything, anyway my tips are not from there i always do jt ( he gets up for corners etc and think chelsea will win. Does not take a betting site to come up with that
