FCUM lost 2-1 away at Cammell Laird on Tuesday night, just looked a little lightweight up front. Buxton away tomorrow, although from what I've heard Derbyshire plod could be out to spoil the fun.

We're (Salford City) finding out just how big the step from North West Counties to the Unibond div one north is, we've only managed 2 goals & 1 point in our opening 4 matches.

I'm a little surprised at that as, although we won pretty comfortably in the end, Salford looked quite a handy side against Leigh in pre-season.

Have always been looking out for AFC W imbeldons results and im delighted they are played 5 won 5 in the Nationwide South.

If they ever get in the same league as MK Dons, some of my mates an i have vouched we will go.

Think they've had a tough start playing both Curzon and Skem already however I was surprised that they got beat 4-1 at Clitheroe.

FC could do with a win on Saturday at home to Whitby, who have failed to win so far.

I think we're a decent footballing side but we tend to lack the finishing touch. It was the same last season, we looking great until the final 3rd, although a lot of that was down to playing one up front for the 2nd half of the season, we still need a striker or two to play along side the diminutive John Robinson* and if we [ishould[/i be OK.
