Think Haye has alot to prove at heavyweight but and going in at the highest level it is sink or swim...will make for great viewing though which last nights fare was not.

I agree wholeheartedly.....The guy is such a robot, he makes Lennox Lewis seem almost flamboyant in his boxing style!!..



The saddest thing about Klitschko is the fear on his face when a fighter gets within even an inch of landing a punch on his glass jaw....Its all arms and legs trying to hug his opponent so that he can't throw any leather at him.

Realistically, he is the classic bully and it is only going to take one half decent heavyweight, with a solid punch and a not too bad punch resistance, to come along and wipe him out.

Could it be Haye??...Well, he's a very good boxer, as a very good punch, but the punch resistance is suspect, so I'm still slightly worried for him, but I certainly wouldn't rule out him bringing the belt home.

If the fight finally happens, Haye has to use his superior speed, footwork and make sure he has good head movement so he can slip the jab and quickly land a shot. Klitschko is huge, has such a good reach and fights in a cautious way that makes it difficult to land shots on him. If Haye is able to land one of his heavy right hands, he will KO Klitschko.

Klitschko is 5hite. As the Blobbster pointed out he uses 2 punches ALL the time. He 5hits himself when he gets pressured and runs like a girl. I also think the way he holds the jab infront of his opponents face could leave him very vaulnrable to the right hook to the body, and I think Haye has the speed to expoit that.

I really hope Haye batters him, Klitschko is very lucky he came along at the right time cause he would have been beaten by most of the top heavys from the 90s.

Also did anyone see the Jean Pascal-Adrian Diaconu fight? It was a classic! Pascal is quality, a really exciting fighter.

Very sad news about Gatti. As mentioned above, his death is being treated as suspicous and it appears as though he was strangled by a handbag strap. Perhaps not surprisingly, his wife is being questioned by the police.

As for the fight, I don't know anything about Kotelnik other than his record, which looks pretty decent, though he's maybe not the biggest hitter (13 KOs from 31 wins).

Listening to Roach on SSN, you can't help but feel any boxer trained by this guy is going to have a decent shot and Roach seems to have identified Kotelnik's foot work as hsi major weakness.

The worry with Khan is always going to be his chin though.

Worked for Froch when he won his title in Nottingham but they were not even as credible as a US rapper.....East Midlands version of the Cheeky Girls was about right.

Khan will win either on points or by stoppage, probably points. Kotelnik is tough, but he isn't as quick and as skillful as Khan.

I'd agree that there'll be a knockout, I just don't know which way. I can see Khan's hand speed and work rate wearing Kotelnik down, but by the same token I can see Khan getting floored if he's caught with anything like a decent punch.

Kotelnik is a tough tough man. He's never been down, Khan will have had to improve his punching power to knock him out IMO.
