I wouldn't be completely shocked if they imploded and finished bottom but they have a great chance to get a Wild Card. They have zero shot of beating out the Cheatriots but the Dolphins will be abysmal as will the Jets.

It's a passing league these days Mark (plus Alex Green will play very little this year - maybe a few touches a game). Get a look at my receivers!

As for tonight I think it is already a massive game for the Cowgirls. They promise so much every year and live off past reputation and then bottle it (sadly very much like Liverpool). It is a massive statement game for them. I expect a Giants win though.

Really found it hard to call beetween 49ers and Green Bay, went for the Packers simply for home field and now they have Benson in the backfield they should be able to mix it up and get even more yards. Going to be a great first week too, dying to see how Dallas new potential all-pro cornerbacks match up at New York.

Woah......ok I'm biting. You will NOT win the division. Top 5 pick is more likely but you're not that bad I don't think. Outside your d line and starting RB I don't see too much quality.

KC look strong outside Cassell, and Denver's D will be as good, if not better this year. Peyton won't be amazing, but will be solid.

As far as the Chargers though, I think we'll be in and around the 8-8 mark - battling with you for the bottom of the division. The main reason for that is our O Line. Gaither is being Gaither and we have an UDFA starting LT. Dielman has been replaced by Green, who isn't bad but isn't Dielman. Hardwick is suffereing with a concussion, his back up is a 7th round pick who has a ton of upside, but is a 7th round pick. RG is the only spot I'm ok with having Vasquez, and RT is the revolving door that is Clary.

I think to say that Rivers is our only good player is a bit much though. Gates is still elite, Matthews is an above average back (when healthy), Philips is a very good OLB and on the other side Jarrett Johnson is a top aquisition. I'd go as far to say the OLB rotation will be as good as anything in the league this year. But we have Norv coaching us, that will ultimately lead to disappointment.

You can chose the record any premeirship game you want on saturday nights on sky sports not just the one thats on the channel so there is a way of using sky+ to tape something thats on the channel at the time.

It should be available to record, although I'm guessing that it may be on iplayer. If you pay £2.99 a month you can get NFL Gameday which is similar to nfl countdown but not as good.

IIRC if you have a Freeview recorder then you can record it from Channel 301.

Don't know bud. I don't think it's as clear cut as most think but that's just based on me thinking that Harbaugh will have the defense fired up. It makes a change looking forward to a game against Green Bay and not hoping it was against Seattle or Arizona instead lol.
