Cracking game at Old Trafford yesterday between Lancashire and Surrey. Lancashire should have scored more than the 221 they got and Surrey should have chased it down from 168-1 but some excellent bowling and fielding saw Lancs through...also, some normally one-day cricket resistant Forum members were on the edge of their seats too late on

Congrats to Justin Langer, who has beaten Don Bradman's record for the most first class runs by an Australian.

Yeah well done to him, although it took him an additional 277 innings to beat Bradman

I'll be about on the Friday, either freezing my nads off at the back of B Stand or finding shelter in the Long Room. Depending on how brave I'm feeling!

However, if play is still not possible due to adverse conditions on Thursday 30th July, then a bowl-out will take place to determine who moves forward to Finals Day at Edgbaston. If the conditions don’t allow for this bowl-out to take place outdoors at Old Trafford, this will be conducted inside the Indoor Cricket Centre.
