Not to sure about that i'm never confident about playing Sunderland and fully expected us to lose yesterdy so a point was a bonus in my eye, although i thouht we were unlucky at the end not to nick all 3 points. The midfield was shocking yesterday with Fletcher having an unusual off day, Scholes not getting a sniff, Nani playing is usual rubbish and if theres a more right footed player in world football than Wellbeck i'm yet to see him. Yesterday showed how much influence Giggs has had on the midfield so far this season.

It amazes me how Drogba still gets away with that sh'it. Can he not be booked for that?

I'm afraid that Liverpool just aren't good enough to compete with the likes of Chelsea and United. Benitez hasn't improved the squad at all from last season (likely to be the closest that he ever gets to winning the title). We've played 4 decent teams this season and lost all of them.

Just noticed that Liverpool have lost more games already this season than they did in the whole of 2008/2009.

Not surprised by today's result. Said at the start of the year, last year we took some massive strides forward, but this year we've took steps back. Just like 05/06 when we had a solid enough season and just finished third, we looked set to step it up but instead we took strides backwards.
