Now that we are winning trophies again, the Wigan fans need something to moan about mate!

I'm sorry that my simple question regarding the printing machine has ruffled so many feathers, if you re-read my post I did say the size was quickly sorted...

I merely asked if anyone knew if the numbers thing was due to a printer problem or pressure of sales.

I've had 2 sets of trackies back in the last 2 weeks. Neither fit. The sizing isn't the shops (or clubs fault). The lack of facilities is. It's a poor show.

But of course, such opinions are just moaning. I'll leave my cash in my pocket and let the high street chains have it at some stage & carry on benefiting. 

A previous poster Is correct, it's about pleasing the customer. Doing all you can to ensure they shop with you & not elsewhere

Not everyone may be comfortable trying a shirt on in a tiny shop that is packed full of people, I know I wouldn't.

yes..i agree...and the clown who suggested doing it, has obviously forgotten they sell WOMENS shirts

I have never seen the point in the Warriors World shop. It's too far away from me and for that reason I don't go there.

Sort it out Wigan and relocate the shop to a more suitable location for me!!

Women have a point about changing rooms but the men complaining about nowhere to try shirts on is a poor do imo.

You can try a shirt on over the top of a tshirt too but i dont suppose anybody has put their brain in gear before they start maoning about every little thing.

Complaining about nowhere to try pants on etc isnt what has been complained about though. Your complaint is valid and your the first person to voice concerns about that, everybody else has moaned about nowhere to try shirts on which is a poor effort and is just moaning for moaning sake imo.

So, what would you like to see done about this tragic problem then?

My 'moan' (funny how you don't like the moaning but read and reply to enough of them yourself - why not just ignore?) isn't from my point of view to be honest. It isn't an issue of 'oh look, I can't get my WRL clothing. It’s pointing out that if they're not pleasing the customer they're gonna lose out on a fair bit of Wonga. People will get fed up of going in & trying to purchase if they don't have positive experiences. It’s not rocket science. It’s just retail

Not really. I go watching other sports in the off season so it doesn't bother me at all.

I do like the moaning, I find it highly amusing that a grown man would walk around in a full Wigan tracksuit anyway, thought they only did kids sizes



Anyway, on a serious note, I dont know were exactly they would put a changing room in the club shop.

It could do with somewhere to try clothes on. It's not the end of the world for me but it would make it much more convenient.

The shop that they first opened in the Grand Arcade had 2 changing rooms. Admittedly it was bigger though.

Ultimately though, people aren't going to go elsewhere as the club are the sole stockists of the vast majority of Wigan merch. Therefore, no external pressure on them (I'm agreeing with you by the way)

You're not allowed to have an opinion on something like this, otherwise you're just moaning. The fact the main direct interaction most people have with the club, website (speed, availability), shop etc leave a lot to be desired isn't allowed to be raised as it's just moaning.

I don't walk round in a shell suit. I buy the trackies to wear for lounging around in, heading to and back from the gym.

i understand but disagree in that people will just head to another sports and purchase other similar sportswear (and not bother with the club crest etc)

I think it's a validish point regarding the changing rooms. I'm buying the jersey for myself this week so will have to wear my vest.

I agree, most loyal supporters will buy shirts and other merchandise etc... whatever the facility as has been proved over the years until we got an improved shop in the town centre, so to some extent The Wigan club have a certain amount of guaranteed income.

However my point is it could be so much better and bring in a lot more much needed revenue into the club.

In my opinion we should have a Store to be proud of, it should showcase fantastic products that support the World Famous Wigan Rugby League Brand. It does not do this.

It is nowhere near this, its a badly run, badly designed, badly merchanised, poorly located, pokey shop at the back of a shopping arcade, with no room for changing rooms!
