| I'm so glad I get student discount! Definitely going in the terraced end though, is it behind the sticks or to one side? I've been before but can't recall where I was stood.

| I honestly don't know why you charge away supporters so little - it constantly amazes me that our day/evening at the JJB is so cheap considering the facilities. Spent £20 x 3 to stand on an uncovered, weed-riddled concrete terrace at "Category A" Shedingley a couple of weeks ago (Yes, I know, Wakey fan - glass houses, etc.) but I just can't understand the financial rationale behind charging so much less than everyone else...

Because the identical stand opposite seats home supporters and charges the same. I suppose it would seem abit unfair to charge home supporters less than away supporters when both have exactly the same view but the fact we get penlised for having good away support should change that and we should start to play other clubs at their own game.

| I mean charging £15-£16 was ok when we were getting the 1,000+ away fans turning up every week, but the away attendances have been dropping for years now. Only saints and wire bring the big away crowds to the JJB now.

I'd also add Hull KR to the list aswell, they probably bring the most over from Yorkshire.

£20 for terrace tickets for the Leeds game, £25 for seating tickets.
So thats £20 Hull, London, Hull KR and now Leeds.
Seems a little steep for a terrace ticket !!!!'"

| Rugby League has got to be careful with their ticket prices and the way it's going imo.
If you look at how expense football is and the way it's drove some fans away at certain grounds we can't afford to risk that happening in our game. IMO £20 is too much for a terraced ticket at any ground in superleague especially as it is a working class game.
Prices seem to have gone up from the £15 mark to the £20 mark very very quickly.

It does. RL is the sort of game where a central pricing policy would work, or at least some kind of regulation in terms of ticket pricing.

I agree with NickyKiss.
£19 each in the West Stand is almost £40 for two of us, plus fuel, etc, etc. It's even worse for families bringing children. We don't buy drinks and food any more to try and economise. I know the businesses need to survive, but over-pricing will result in less people going, which will in turn make the prices go up again.
In RL, we don't have the luxury of having waiting lists for season tickets and memberships, so the clubs should be doing all they can to attract and keep their fans, without raping them for every penny.

| 20 pound is very steep no matter if where in a credit crunch like has been said early we had better watch this ticket price issue cos soon were going to lose the average working man/woman that takes his kids to the game if you look at the facilties at leeds they are sub standed to quite a few teams in the league below and leeds are world champs at the mo.

You are right and some are a bit OTT this year:
I can't comment on Quins (£20?) / Crusaders (£14) as i've never been, Catalans don't really count seeing as its a couple of hundred to get there anyway.
Saints is £18 - for a shed with a roof is a disgrace i admit, but comparing with others its actually not bad when you consider Leeds £20 Bradford £17, Wakefield £18, Hull KR £20 don't have a roof (some will have infinitly better toilets i know)
Hull £20 is just about ok to be leered and jeered at for 90mins as the facilities are very good
Wigan £16 and Warrington £17 offer by far the best value for a travelling Saints fan the games are always good and the atmosphere is very good too
I concur that clubs should charge away fans the same prices as their clubs charge ourselves but sadly that just penalises our own clubs as fewer away fans will travel...
The way to pay these days is in advance - i went to Huddersfield on Sunday for £16.50 which is good value for a modern and seated stand against the Match day £18.50, Salford is £15 if bought in advance (£17 match day), Cas is £18 (£16 if pre-ordered online or £17 if bought through your club shop) Saints is cheaper too if purchased at least 24hrs before kick off at £16.50 - i'm not sure on the other clubs

Obviously I am slightly biased but, for me, a game at the Stoop is a good day out and value for money. £15 on the door get you into a great stadium, with good views all round. The facilities are top notch, with one of the longest bars in Europe and a live band after every game. All supporters are welcome to the after match party as well, no exclusions, unlike an awful lot of other grounds. Even £20 in advance is good value for money in my opinion when compared to awful grounds like Saints and Salford.
