Cameron Phelps would do much better than George Carmont at the moment who is on one leg.

And are we just never going to play Sean Ainscough again? He might get bombed with high kicks, easy target etc Well when will that ever change? He needs to go out and prove he can cope.

Fair enough put Ainscough there but Carmont should be there if he is fit. He picked up a dead leg against Wakefield 2 weeks ago.. it should heal before we play Wire. Carmont should be in.

Carmont has had trouble for a lot longer than the last 3 weeks with his left leg, he's just soldiered through it and it looks like its caught up with him now

Briers plays down the right for them and will kick us to death if we put Phelps & Ainscough on the left. We have to put big men in there and they don't come any bigger than Pryce & Pat! Tommy will defend on the left side and he can pay special attention to Briers.
Noble has to re-introduce McIl at 9 then tommy to 9 when Mc comes off with Sam to half back. We need two half backs who'll attack the line.
Tommy always will as will McIlorum, Sam does too so with Smith playing who never attacks the line we have to have that formation.

Everybody has put Hock in their team but my family said he seemed to get a bad facial injury on Friday (I was on hol so missed the game) They seemed to think it was a bad one and that he would prob be out for some time.

That was a bruiser on Friday.

I'd go with the same 17 that beat Saints and Wakefield but with Hansen in for Joel Tomkins.

I'm still undecided over the hooking role, but we can't have McILorum, Riddell, Sam Tomkins, Tommy and Smith in the 17 at the same time.

One of the has to be left out. Personally it would be Mickey Mac or Smith, and although that would appear to be harsh as McIlorum has played well, particularly defensively I think Riddell offers more with the ball.

I'd rest Carmont and Joel Tomkins(if Hock is fit). I'd also want to keep Richards on the left wing i think because he's due a couple of high kick trys and i'd prefare him partnering Phelps at centre in defence. Roberts to play at fullback and McIlorum chosen ahead of Riddell on merit.

I'd have Hock coming off the bench as a prop. Prescott just isn't cutting it for me at the moment. I believe the 13 I put down would manage adequately in defence, with Hock, Feka and Sam for impact.

ainscough and gleeson is a partnership which could potentially be devastatingly good- ainscough makes tons of breaks and glees supoorts anything so them two would get some good rewards. carmont and richards are also an established partnership from last season so i would keep them together and cameron phelps is in amazing form.
