A tough game. Disappointed in Gildart though he looks like a little boy getting battered everywhere. Attack also is just monotonous and no edge to it.

I don't think any Super League player is soft, but if I did, Lomax would be that player.

Thought that was a good half of rugby with Saints edging it.

I love Powell, but I wish he'd run it just a little more from DH. There's been a couple of times the Saints makers haven't been square and he didn't pick up on it. Roby spots those every time.

I think Saints shaded the half, although we had a decent last ten minutes. I think the bit of biff woke us up.

Usual one man rugby and average kicks mostly, I think we have had to come from deeper on most sets. Defence has been sound but we need to get in better attacking positions,think there's 3-4 tries left in this game yet.

Bit harsh. We've broken their line a couple of times with some good angles including for the try, but it's not been the sort of game for throwing it around and neither side has been able to build any real pressure. Last tackle option has been poor though.

Best 40 minutes we have put in in a big game under Lam.

Two terrific defensive performances cancelling out the opposition's attack. Their forward pack slightly on top but we've made more line breaks. Cant call the 2nd half.

What do we have to do to get a penalty/extra set from their flopping and offsides at the ruck??!

Someone picked up on it earlier, our left to right passing for a supposed top outfit is dreadful. Not even worth passing that way with how slow it is.
