The RU are simply looking for something to excite the fans instead of watching the forwards dominate a game time after time, in otherwords they are desparate for entertainment and are prepared to chuck cash at players. |

The RFU and Barbarians knew these reports about the England Union world cup disaster were coming out this week and need something, or someone different, to get people into Twickenham.
They would never have thought it would be as bad as it has been today.

The trouble is while there was no mention of the Ba Baas game in the sports headlines of the Telegraph I looked at there was mention of how much money the RFU made last year and it is a fortune. Something like £136m and most of it comes from events at Twickers both RU and when used for other stuff. They even got £8.7m from a Virgin Gym/Leisure club! Given the mess highlighted in the press there is every chance they will fling that money at RL players. We would have been far better off had they won the world cup. |

isn't only 8.7 mil of that profit? and they have had all the hype of the world cup in them figures. |

I am not wandering through 50 pages to see if this as been mentioned before,but Sam has been picked to start on the right wing (that is the side were the cameras are).
In the second half it is rumoured that Sam will play on the left wing,which to those who do not have a map or do not have a good knowledge of geography is also the side were the cameras are. |
