I got mixed up with the game against Hull, when we went 18 points behind. Although we were very definitely in THAT game.

I've been expecting this loss for about two weeks. Losses happen. Everyone moves on.

But you're still weird.

Eddie bugged me with his comments against Brown around the Saint's try at about 70 mins (I can't remember who scored but he did his shoulder). Eddie claiming that Brown when high and needs to cut it out of his game, he just about hit the top of the try scorer's head when his head was waist high.

Ah, the old..."I have an iphone and I'm really at the match" chestnut.

I never said you didn't go to the game (couldn't care less), I stated you were browsing the Wigan board whilst your team were still playing around the 70th minute onwards.

In fact if you DID go to the game then it's even worse.

1. confusing a game you've just watched with one played two weeks ago
2. going on about obsessions

I'd say little of both but full credit to hudds they can only play what's infront of them and at times ripped us apart.

The effort was there from saints today but the last 6/7 weeks looks to be taking it's toll now. Some players like Sia, Graham, roby, magennis have been putting in big stints for couple of month now and looking very tired.

Nobody at saints are making excuses. It's rugby and players get hurt. I just hope that come July we will have a full healthy fresh squad for the business end of the year.

We may have had ten players out today(I'm not sure) but all ten obviously couldn't have played. That's just petty and silly to suggest that.

Off the top of my head, from the ten or so players we had out I'd say wheeler, Pryce, lomax, Tony p, flannery, clough and Moore would have most prob made our 17 today and maybe eastomond.

So in all fairness to hudds, we may have had ten players out but we only had seven or eight first team regulars out injured.

Who would have missed out for the 7 or 8 you had missing?

You may have had 9 players missing when you bear hudds at their place but had you had 9 missing the 6 weeks before that ?

If you're not using injuries as an excuse, then you don't just need to stop making the excuse - which you are currently doing very visibly - you need to totally stop talking about the injuries. It's as simple as that.

It was a bad loss to Catalan. It could have been worse though, we could have lost to Quins.

It's totally the opposite mate, I'm saying eddie and all at sky are getting carried away saying we have 10 players out, I'm saying we have about 7/8.

In the long run I've no doubt we will be much stronger squad thru the current injury situation.

im sure there a point were wigan have had many injuries in the first team and you use that as an excuse as why you haven't performed every fan does. it like resting tomkins for the match against cas and you lose i bet everyone of your fans would say oh if sam was playing we would of won that game.

I'll tell you what I bet - that Eddie and Stevo wouldn't trumpet it as an excuse.

I find it pretty sad that you feel so strong about stevo and eddie not shouting how good Wigan are from the rooftops.

Saying that, not all sky is anti Wigan, one is very pro Wigan in fact.

Why would that have been worse? 40+ points conceded is bad no matter who you play.
