Regards the article it does sum up the event, and i would recommend it to anyone, my confidence has gone through the roof today, and despite my thoughts yesterday i will be doing it again next year (but dont worry i will not be tapping you lot up again!). And as for the guy dressed as Robocop (mentioned in the article) he broke his leg after about 2 miles......whimp!
