Surely Bradford are hoping to make money off their increased crowds by selling them food and drink on the ground.

I like the scheme we run with the scrum vouchers (bring 5 mates to any home game against Saints for £6 each), far more likely to bring in fans who wouldn't have come otherwise IMO.

not all season tickets was sold at 50 pound that was the cheapest ranging upto 100 pound but again great idea from bradford

The next key challenge for the chairman has to be to make the club profitable. With this in mind, why give away tickets for free when sales are miles ahead of previous years anyway?

Fully agree. The club must look for ways to increase attendances, this has already started with hopefully 11k+ season tickets sold by the time the season kicks off. Obviously winning rugby and trophies will go a long way to that, but NOW is the time for the club to continue bringing the sport to a younger audience within the borough.

I thought challenge 10,000 was if they could get 10.000 to sign up for season tickets they would get them at £50

£60...but i know a few who didnt get it in time and had to pay the top price..with the kids season ticket if you already ahve one then they are giving you the money back..we have a family ticket..didnt last year just went to a few games on own.

But this year wife etc are going withj me..we all have new tops which we wouldnt have bought so that was extra 160 quid on top of 160 quid for seaon ticket so 320 they wouldnt have had..plus beer at 2.50 a pint, sweets, coke burgers schips for kids and it adds up.

Theres a ferw kids at our junior club who havent got season tickets..they are made up as getting one for nowt..of course means parents will have to go as they are only 12 so again money club wouldnt have ordinarily got..so win win for bulls and kids..not parents tho who wouldnt have gone..but we are 40 quid up as getting his money back.

We should have a BOGOF offer on Latics and rugby season tickets. Save me a fortune

Very true.

It is a great idea - but we already have very good numbers so probably not something we should adopt. Could well end up loosing numbers (monetry wise on what we currently have) rather than making.

I had 100 free tickets for the game in my possession last week, courtesy of a family member who's a director at a Wigan based business who asked me if I could possibly do anything with them.

Unfortunately I'm not a miracle worker. They're now lying comfortably at the bottom of a skip at the Rainford tip.

I got 20 though to work and (gods know why) they got snapped up so got more then at 4.45pm on Friday evening I got a call from the club asking if I wanted more???!!

Sell them on eBay.
