remember buying WEP in 2001 and had a full backpage article, interview with mo, the full works saying morley was coming at the start of the 2002 season. me and mate went for a pint to celebrate but then we never heard anything about it ever again!!! anyone else remember this?

That's correct.
It was a problem with the telegram to Vollenhoven.
What a wing combination that would have been, Boston on one wing and Vollenhoven on the other.
Wigan then went and paid a record transfer fee to Huddersfield for Mick Sullivan. |
