I ordered one on Saturday but have heard nothing since.

Club said when they were put on sale it was trying to get them in for collection on Thursday.

Did state it would be collection only though, delivery would be later.

Pity there couldn't have been a bit more lead time on this great idea.

Ahh, the 'silver fox' look, used it myself but had to go back to the close crop as people were forever confusing me with George Clooney and asking for autographs and pictures.

Aye, can't see many who have got them selling them on so a lot of disappointed fans & collectors knocking around.

Just been down to the shop [To pick up the superb new Billy Boston #553 Shirt and there were a lot of people kicking off about not receiving them, even though it was clearly noted the club could not guarantee delivery/collection by today. The guys in the shop were looking uber flustered by the constant stream of abuse!

I've ordered mine and will be quite happy when it does arrive, as I never expected it to be here today!

I've got mine and my 7 year old nephew has his but they'd not had the delivery of ones to fit my 14 year old nephew.

It did day when purchasing them though that they may not be here for Thursday so no big deal I suppose.

All sizes are available to order again now as more are being made. So much for "limited edition" hope we wear it more than once seeing as we don't have a sponsor for our home and away kit anyway

Other than game day, when do people actually wear rugby shirts - especially these novelty one off shirts - if your over the age of 16?

Very poor from the club, come up with a great idea but can't organise a p*** up in a brewery. I can stomach not recieving them before the game but I ordered mine at 8:50am on Sat (the earliest possible time I could) to have the best chance of recieving it but then got told on the phone that they have recieved "some" of each size but they have been dispatched already. I asked why mine had not been dispatched despite obviously being one of the first orders made and she said they had been done randomly! I was told despite the cock up I could go in and pick them up but to ring at 11am to check if another size was in stock that I ordered for my brother, I did so but was then told I could not pick it up as it was being held elsewhere and they were not shipping anymore until at least next week as the staff were "busy". I clearly would have had a wasted trip if I had gone down there as the first member of staff told me I could do. I was also irritated that they were showing as being dispatched on monday but clearly that was a lie as well.

Is it just the delivery ones that are unavailable or the click and collect too?

She said on the phone some had been sent out in the post and some had been sold as collections but no more were being dispatched until at least next week as the staff were busy, my argument though is that people have ordered after me but as they are collecting have got their shirts first. It's like me going in a restaraunt and having to wait longer as I was using a different method of payment

It's more like ordering a takeaway delivery and waiting than someone who went to collect. Got my shirt fine

In the end I don't think the system was too bad, they just didn't tell anyone what you had to do unless you phoned them up and asked. It really wouldn't have been that difficult to send a notification email to say your shirt was ready for colllection. It was also a good idea that they took any uncollected shirts to the stadium shop, but again, no one was told this unless you phoned up and asked. I appreciate it's only a small shop with a few members of staff, but a bit more transparancy in future wouldn't go a miss. They've got a Twitter pages that is very much underused, messages about deliveries and collections could/should have been posted on there also.

Did anybody order on the original pre-order date [31/08 for delivery? And if so, have they received their shirt yet? I haven't and was just curious as to whether others had.

I ordered on the 31st the shirt arrived today. I did call and was told that they only arrived on the weds before Leeds game and a courier would contact me when it was to be delivered. I also emailed the shirt arrived today posted through letter box no courier called.
