I decided to create a New thread about the volunteers for Sunday as some people may not read the Flag Thread and it may get lost.
I am posting the same on Here though just to grab the attention of as many volunteers as Possible - Thanks!
Hi There
On Sunday prior & during the Leeds game The Wigan RL Club, As Thanks to all the contributors to the Flags over the Season , have Kindly been given a number of Fund Raising Opportunities by the club! In their words they appreciate the added Match day experience the Flags have brought to the Club & The team and would like to assist us in our efforts to make this even bigger & Better for the Future!
One of those is to stage a Bucket collection outside of the ground and the regular contributors/Volunteers need Help to distribute leaflets and Shake Buckets so to speak!
We have around 15 volunteers for Sunday and we require around another 15 Helpers and any assistance any of you can give will be much appreciated!
Anyone who can spare an hour or so Pre-Game Sunday (Were meeting at 5-15pm) and would like to be involved can PM me (Or leave a message on this thread and I'll contact you) and I'll add your name to the list etc, it is very informal we just need to make sure we have enough volunteers/helpers there to take full advantage of this wonderful Gesture by the Club!
Please Please Please don't be nervous about coming forward and volunteering, all assistance will be Very Much appreciated and contrary to any Rumours "We don't Bite!"

Is there a reason all the flags have been taken down? Just been down to the stadium and sure I didnt see them as I drove past - which I thought theyd still be up as we play Sunday and Friday meaning Latics wont play in between.

What about a massive flag.. say the size of the LOYAL 18 one in the corner (To stop SKY showing the fans leaving early- which they seem to make a huge issue of.. Plus it would look amazing.
