In reality i think its fairly safe to assume that Noble has known about his future for quite some time.

Im happy for us to remain focused on the remainder of the season before announcing our new coach.

Stevo and company will just have to wait.

Look at our squad and look at other squads and we are on full cap wtf????

Imo we have a right to know if noble will be here next season or not and other things going on at the club, at the last fans forum didn't il go off on one cause he didn't like the questions beeing asked???

The only thing what makes sence is we have got kearney and can only announce after the 4 nations

We are the 4th highest point scorers.
We are the 3rd top try scorers.
We are the 4th highest meter makers.
We have made the most offloads.
We have made the 2nd highest amount of tackle busts.
We have the 3rd highest amount of clean breaks.
Four of our players are in the top 18 try scorers showing we have some great strike players.

We have looked awesome team for most of this season but bad results have overshadowed this.

Against Leeds and Saints we looked like a top side and we can beat anyone playing like that on our day.

Maybe Awesome is the wrong word but this second half of the season we are one of the form sides.

Or another Coach who is currently employed by another club and/or visa protocol means we need to dot the I's and cross the T's before we announce something that can't happen and make ourselves look stupid!

Just cause we have scored more points and let less in doesn't mean we are not boring

FFS at times i'm falling asleep and yes at times we have shown some really good rugby which makes it worse cause they have shown what they can do

Plus we have shown we let teams back into games when infront instead of killing them off

The cap if we are not at full cap then why not make a prop priority? surley this is top of the list

I understand we are giving the young lads more ££££ which i'm all for but i really cant see how we are full unless certain players are being overpaid

Saying that some of them HKR/Hudds/Cas may actually get over excited about something that if we were watching would call boring at times purely due to their previous lack of success!
I am pretty positive that outside the Top 2 (And ask Saints fans how the last 10 weeks have gone!) the others are doing exactly what we are!

Yeah i agree but we aint had success in quite a few years and that is mainly cause when we get to the big games we cant take our game to a diffrent level and get found out

A prop should of always been top of the list way before we even considered paying a lot of money for a centre who's best days are far behind him.

It's like groundhog day on here

A prop should have been the priority, but with 5 first team props on board, and 2 of those massive earners within the club it wouldn't have been sensible cap management for sign another prop, whether we needed it or not.

As for Gleeson, he's not shown top form, but look at the impact he's had on the right hand side of our defence since he came, we used to leak tries down that side regularly and he's sured it right up. After he arrived we also scored a heck of a lot more tries down that wing than we have for the last 2/3 seasons purely because we got a decent centre in there.


He may be past his best, but he made us a much better side.

We are not at full cap! Even with the younger lads getting extra £££££££££. Who has said we are?

And yes certain players are being overpaid, Fielden being main culprit, but I don't blame him for what he's on and considering what he did in hos 1st 3 months I still think it was worth it.

However

The exact same problem that is a Millstone round our neck some fans want us to recreate just to get a Marquee player in that May or May not work out, I believe the decision on the 3 we turned down was the right one.

I dont blame him for one second.

The above seems to imply that signing Gleeson was the Wrong decision???
Dress it up whichever way you want but If Gleeson had been out of this World this season you wouldn't have said the above? He has been pretty Good all season and well worth his place in the team IMO.

What if the right World Class Prop wasn't available?

Didn't we need an international Class Right centre?

Im being critical of Brain Nobles decision to sign him, not the player.

IMO the right world class prop was available but it looks like he will only arrive in 2011.

And yes, if Gleeson had been a good bit of business then i would have admitted so but as i said at the time...it was good business on Warringtons part.

Gleeson was possibly the best bit of business we have done this year. It did 2 things it got Wigan a world class which in turn shored up our right hand side defense.

It also off loaded Mathers which was good for him as well as the Wigan club. He was getting slated by the fans which did him no good as a player since his move he has improved and is getting back to his old self.

I dont know about that he was awful against Hull KR and they were slating him on the wire board.
