Chaos in the West stand! Not like it used to be with all the owd people and their prawn butties.

I have met Moa on a couple of occasions and I find it hard to believe that he is the kind of person to offer someone out for a fight over something as trivial as that. I have no idea what was said though.

There was a similar incident when we played at Cas this year. The Cas players were waiting for a conversion and Richard Owen took offence to something and called one of the Hull fans out. Danny Orr had to drag him away.

There was a similar thread on the Leeds board after their game at Wakey, if you don't know for certain racist abuse was give to Sam Moa please don't go making threads with such a title.

Whilst racism is illogical, you cannot go around threatening people who are stupid enough to shout it.

The above is a general point, I didn't see/hear the incident in the thread.

To be honest, the guy that Moa was having a go at is particularly loud and annoying and i would quite like him banned from a personal point of view as he gets on my wick however not once did i hear anything racist so can only point the finger at Moa for over reacting. If something was said Initially though you can't really blame Moa. Hopefully some other people who were in the area would give us their views on what happened as well so we can get a broader view on what actually happened.

Just hope it wasn't racism, we don't want to be in the headlines for the wrong reasons like many other sports.

If someone has used a racist term towards Moa then he'll report it and the club will be able to investigate the incident fully. If Moa doesn't report it and no one comes forward making any report to the club that racist language was used the only logical conclusion would be that there was no racist abuse.
It's up to the player and people who were in that area of the West stand to report anything of this nature otherwise nothing can happen.

Surely if his comments were racist then moa would've told the stewards or another official and the guy would've been tossed out I also find it unlikely no one else heard it yet moa did.

If it was racist then string him up but at the end of the day until Theres proof people really shouldn't be starting threads like this.

As for moa racist remarks or not he's a professional he shouldn't be kicking off at fans no matter how idiotic the fan is. If it was just goading and not racism then moa will have effectively lowered himself to the same level. If it transpires that there was no racism and any of the fans complain he could have landed himself in a lot of trouble.


Anyway I'd say this thread should probably be locked until we hear more.

Perhaps the OP is just a wum? After all he/she hasn't been back on to give any more information, as in how they know the details.

Or maybe they put 2 and 2 together and came up with their own conclusions. Either he posted it on a smart phone or did it from home. Either way i can not see how he could have been that close to know what had happened as virtually all Hull fans were at the away end of in the East Stand. This is just typical of the idiots we have on these boards they know it all but know sod all. My guess on the OP is he heard it on tv got pi44ed off at the result and jumped to the wrong conclusions.

I might be wrong but the time he posted this he is either in the FC squad in some way or he watched tv and got it totally wrong and has not been on as now he might look like an idiot.

With many taking advantage of how PC Britain has become. If someone made a racist remark to me, i certainly wouldn't react the way Moa did. Racism although no need for it, masks over many society and blame culture issues.

Totally agree. Although racism is illogical and frankly plain stupid, it's use as a "get out of jail" card is pathetic.

If there was a racist remark I think the only proper punishment a ring in th ecentre of Wembley for the CC final one corner Moa the other mr KKK and let themat each other. My money is on Moa.

However as there seems a lot of people sat around there and no one heard anything proper may be nothing was said. But on the other hand I can't see why Moa would take exception to someone/the crowd screaming for one of his players to be sent off. Doesn't add up to me.

the RFL should charge him with "unsporstan like conduct", "disrepute", or whatever else they deem fit.

IF a racist comment triggered it, then Moa can plead "mitigating circumstances", and a full blown investigation should ensue to find the culprit.

IF Moa is unable to cite racism as a reason for his disgusting behaviour in front of families, at a family sport, then the RFL should throw the book at him

Swearing in public like that and what sounds like agressive and/or confrontational nehaviour is technically a public order offence and he could get in a lot of trouble especially if no one comes forward and confirms the racism it's not looking good for him.

Yep, several times, and was threatening the fan, telling him to come down whilst he ripped his head off and called him some not very nice names. He had to be held back by a couple of players then eventually took down the tunnel after a steward finally intervened.

I see no point to this threat as the subject of racial abuse is not being talked about, nor is it being mentioned on the Ull board. Whats the point of it?
