Absolutely. It's supporting them through the difficult times which makes eventual success feel all the better. That said, it has been bloody dull to watch this year, and it wouldn't surprise me at all if we lost 1-2,000 season ticket holders next year.

We will always be up there with the best teams, and we will start to bring in success soon enough. I would of gone even if we got relegated in 2006.

Think im the same tbh.....Im not enjoying the rugby at the moment....said that last night...I was looking forward to last night all week, and in the end what should have been the best part of the night (the match) was AGAIN the worst. It spoilt my night again, and at the minute i feel like im going just for the social and because I feel I have to, almost like its a duty.

I wouldnt abandon wigan, and would renew barring anything I think, but it really is time for noble to go....the whole point about me forking out approximately 500-1000 a year to watch my team is im ment to enjoy it!!

Said this last year, if I didnt watch wigan I could go to the dominican republic for an all inclusive holiday every year instead of not having one!! When were at least playing half decent theres no competition, if I never went on holiday again....but when it feels like a chore it does make you think!!

If I had a season ticket I'd renew regardless of league position/coaching staff etc etc. I swore to stand by Wigan when we were facing relegation and I'll stand by them through this.

We've hit a low point - again - it's clear something has to give whether that be Noble, a few players I don't know but one thing that won't leave is the fantastic support we give the team week in week out whether we're woeful or superb.

A bad season wouldnt stop me renewing my season ticket. Even if the club was in NL2 id still stick by them no matter what.

Walking away during troubled times, serves only to deepen the gloom and accelerate a downward trend.

WIGAN R L are either in your blood or ya not a true fan. to even think about not renewing my s.t makes me cringe. i travel every week from tividale in the black country. two trains every friday to meet my daughter in aintree.then up the m58,or onto where we may be playing.40yrs good n bad. i aint ever guna give them up.ive never gone inti hiding or climbed out of the woodwork. but hey am proud to have the badge on my chest(win or lose). i like thousands of supporters. am and always will be ancient n loyal. dont even mention the subject again its easy to walk away when your struggling. its the cowards way.
