If im being honest i can't see Feka and bailey being on big deals at all, i think riddel will be on a good deal but phelps will be on pretty low wage IMO.

Disagree, the Fielden of 2010 would be a huge asset if he replicated this form in future years.

At times this year he's been outstanding whilst in almost all other games he's still played at a very good level.

I'd be very disappointed if Fielden left.

Correct - Four out and three in, for me.

1) We reduce an overseas player by one.
2) We give two new Wigan youngsters full time squad places (Deacon to quit and go coaching).
3) We massively bolster our pack to perhaps the best in SL 2011.
4) We bring Hock in mid season to strengthen us even more if it suits all parties.
5) Plus we obtain a top class halfback partnership with Sam & Finch.

That for me is the most sensible option.

Unless of course there is something we don't know about (Roberts / Richards wanting to leave), then we should leave this Quinn lad well alone.

Feka will be on a massive wedge. Guaranteed. We had to outbid yourselves to get him when Millward joined us.

Riddell will be on a fair amount as well.

Bailey won't be on a massive salary on anymore, as he renegotiated another year last year, but seeing as he came over as a Aussie rep player he will be on a decent amount as well.

Deacon won't be on nothing, not a massive amount but a reasonable chunk.

Phelps will be an avg wage.

Pryce, bit below avg.

Pryce I believe is staying on a one year deal. He isn't on big money (less than a third of Fekas)
Feka, Phelps, Piggy and probably Bailey to go. if Fielden also goes (but I believe he has been offered a new deal on less money) that will be a massive reduction on salary.

We were told a couple of years ago that two players were taking up almost 25% of the salary cap.

The thing which gives me confidence is that all of the Potential signings are the right side of 30. If we do sign them they will Join guys like Lockers, Sam, Tommy & Joel and become the core of our squad. The rest will rotate around them.

I'd let O'Carroll leave next season and move Davis up a place.

at a fair guess getting 150 grand each, I would think a few getting a bit more, maybe a few getting a bit less. So that's 1.5 mil on those lads and 160 grand, maybe if those big names play for less than Market value 200 to 250 grand to be sharded by the tomkin bros and the rest?

It makes total sense us being linked with players like this when deals for such high earners as Fielden, Feka, Bailey etc are comign to an end. These guys were signed under Lindsay which says it all really and now Lenagan has that money to work with and he'll do a great job of investing it wisely both on new players and on developing our youngsters and rewarding them accordingly.

If i remember rightly Feka is on his second contract with us and he signed it just after his best ever year performance wise with us so he will be on a decent wedge.

Bailey will be on a good wedge for sure all the Aussies do when they come over hes played in SOO.

So Feka, Bailey and Riddell plus the lesser wages of Phelps, Deacon and poss Pryce or Ainscough.

Added to that the big wage cut to Fielden.

All = Finch, Hoffman and Lima.

I imagine the only way we'll go for White is if Fielden isnt going to accept the big wage decrease.
