| On Escaré, I think everyone is right. His best position seems to be coming off the bench to run at tired forwards, He isn't the world's best winger, or full-back for that matter. But he is not being played to his strengths. As for Zak, I'll hold on the superlatives for now. He's shown us he can catch a ball, but we expect a lot more than that. But hey, for several obvious reasons, I'm happy to give him time.

| Zak is class. Defensively he's as good as it gets over here, his try saving tackle with our only 'wow' moment all game.
It's just a shame we have an inept coach who doesn't know how to coach him and the halves to get the most out of him in attack.
I'm sorry, if you've ever played or followed RL for any period of time you'd see how poor we really are. Yes there might be a little more fire in the belly, but fundamentally the positional play and links from 9 to 13 to 6/7 to 1 is shocking.
Ask yourself, how many times have you seen Zak be put through a gap? or even half a gap? The movement to stretch out the opposition defence just isn't there. The movement, the positioning is way off.
We're still a million miles off anything like a good team. I can't believe how far we've fallen under Lam in such a short space of time.

| thats the issue, Zak and Sam are totally different. Zak excelled at Cas with Gale hititng him all the time with class. It goes to show how Sam was our only pivot and he made most things happen on the flanks.

A good coach, especially a former 7 should know how the play links between 9, 13, 6/7 and 1. Sadly I see none of it. We create no space from the middle to the edges, hitting all the wrong spaces and giving Zak no breaks or channels.

| The way we’re using Hardaker reminds me of how we tried to use Dennis Moran back in 2005. We’ve signed a running player, who makes breaks and supports play but then decided to ask him to try and be our new Sam Tomkins and do a lot of the kicking out of hand and link play. I thought it was his best game last night and that came on the back of having a scrum half who took on a bit more responsibility in regards to the kicking game.

| I still haven't seen any evidence of any attacking structure. We were supposed to be improving our attack but it is far worse than anything under wane.
Regardless of halves, if we don't have dummy runners or options to pull defenders out of line the we can have cooper cronk in this team and still be hopeless.
I've seen London running better attacking lines than us.
