I will be happy if we give Wigan a game and stay within 12 of um . Widnes run you close so there is hope for us.

Very much a concern for us. But we've been there before!

Great defence again though Leigh helped a lot by dropping the ball every time they got in our half including right at the death as they went for a consolation.

I thought they did OK to be honest. Never gave up and I thought they would flag more than they did in the 2nd half given they did a lot of tackling. I don't know if they have key players missing or not but on that showing I think they will struggle to score points but they can certainly defend.

Thought Willams and Faz had top games for us. Faz took two or three Leigh players quite a few yards on attack several times. Ecasre looked solid as well shrugging off the early dropped bomb. Nice conversion from the touchline.

Very comfortable and never under any real pressure.
Even allowing for the conditions I thought Leyth were pretty poor.
I thought their best player was the guy in the yellow top. Great movement and did nearly a full 80 minutes on the pitch.

Now that really annoyed me.

But you are lowering yourselves with that statement. If you believe that, you should be scoring hell of a lot more with our poor showing tonight.

You are being too hard on your guys they gave it everything but they were simply not good enough. Having said that it is a learning curve. It will be interesting to see how you back up next week.
