8 months ago myler was the best half back at the club. Unfortunately for him a £200k price tag weighs heavily on him for most wire fans. My concern is Smith recognises Myler isn't quite at his best, and so plays Russel on the bench leaving only a prop and second row to spell the big men it worked against Salford, I'm not so sure against Wigan.

can't see what the fuss is about, ok the form book says wire are by far better so far and so does the league table of course, but I'm not that worried to be honest.

So you missed the condition Green's eye was in during the GF then. Westwood was not attempting to give him a black eye it was to get him off the pitch wether blind or black eye. It was lucky he did not break his eye socket.

Then HH slipped whether by own momentum or that Ratchford was moving and then went down towards the knee. 3rd man tackle in the NRL is not banned its 3rd man making contact below the knee that is banned. And rightly so.

Wether HH was deliberately going for a cannonball tackle or wether he was going in with the attempt to be above the knee only he will know. What is beyond question is Westwood knew exactly he was doing in attempting to get Smith off the filed by damaging his eye.

I do have issue with a player going in 3rd man below the knee. It was about time any contact by the 3rd player below the knee on a player was banned from the game. Every supporter sees his own side with rose tinted glasses. All sides will do anything to get an advantage sometimes it goes beyond that and rules come into the game to attempt to eradicate it from the game.

Problem i have with Westwood is the same as a 3rd man. The player is in a vulnerable position and can not defend or protect himself.
