It must be at the DW unless we are going to promote it somewhere else to get an extra 8-10k on the gate.

If Leeds can get 37k for their game in 05 then we are more than capable of getting a full house at the DW or in Bolton or even getting 30k+ in Manchester or Liverpool.

I would love to have it at home though, it would be great to start adding some history to the place, it woould be awesome for people to be talking about times gone by at this home.

I liked the bit about a star studded Wigan side in 1994.

Horwich Parkway station is right outside the Reebok.

I've no idea what the timetable is like on a Sunday without checking, mind.

(Edit - just checked - last one this Sunday is 22:14, though it takes a thoroughly unreasonable hour and three mins to get back to Wigan, via Bolton. Can be done for £1.55 off peak. This still doesn't make it a good idea to hold the WCC there though!)

The Aussies have never been bothered about the WCC and as soon as the mighty Wigan get the chance to play in it they want it on their patch.

No. There is just absoulutely no chance that Whelan will miss out on this being at Wigan, and the Wigan club wont either.

Why would we want to cater for neutrals??? Its WIGAN v St George, not England. I personally dont want ANY neutrals in the ground. Its our world club challenge, and therefore, if its played over here, it should be at OUR ground (providing its all seater)
