I agree it doesn't matter but you can't lay claim to a worse injury situation than us. We started with six first choice players out and we lost our two key playmakers plus a prop with an already weakened bench. You wouldn't have survived that even though you had a team virtually full of experienced players, whereas our replacements are all bloody kids. Emmitt was only on his third SL match.

So even though we started the match with more injured players than you, your claiming that your bench was weaker than ours because of your injuries, that suggests you have not assembled a deep enough squad to cope like ours has. Champion teams deal with injuries, you apparently haven't.

We are in the business of developing our young home grown players rather than buying in ageing Aussie imports. But its downside is the lack of experience and physical impact. Hence, you could still only beat us by four.

Your implying that Leeds don't have enough home grown players? Going down the wrong route there, as per usual. Leeds are the best at it, and thats why they've been at the top for so long.

Leeds are not the best at it. They're good, sure, but not the best. If they were, they wouldn't import Eastwood and Buderus and such like but instead do what Saints have done and develop their squad from local young talent [iand play them[/i. Wigan are doing it as well.

You do realise you have just signed Josh Perry from Australia yes? Did you not also just import Soliola last season? Why have they been brought over instead of developing young talent? How were we not playing young british talent? Smith,Hall,Clarkson,Ambler,Mcshane and Ablett don't count then? Aswell as the not so young but still homegrown Mcguire,Burrow,Sinfeild, Jamie Jones Buchannan and Bailey. Aswell as the likes of Pitts, Watkins, BJB, Amor, Coady,Bush who have had runs in the side. Your starting to make yourself sound very silly now.

ok so firstly, are you then ignoring Meli, Gidley, Puletua and Flannery, as well as ignoring Leeds' home grown players such as (takes a deep breath) Hall, Smith, JJB, Burgess, Bailey, Sinfield, Burrow, Mcguire, Diskin, Ablett, as well as a number of newer youngsters who aren't as established yet.

I very much doubt you'll find any Saints fan who predicted higher than third (maybe second at a push) for us this season so you can have a go at us but we aren't biting because we didn't have high expectations to begin with.

Our full team that obviously doesn't normally have Sean O'loughlin, Harrison Hansen, Lee Mossop and Eamon O'carroll is that ?..

You still haven't explained why Saints have signed Perry, Soliola or Puletua instead of playing all this young talent like you say?
