Noble often brings Feka on when we are defending. My mate points it out to me in virtually every game.

You never, ever, ever, see him bring Feka on when we are attacking the opponents line.

A guy with a game like his should be devastating close to the opponents line, but his try scoring record is pathetic.

I think a lot of that is the way his time on the pitch is managed.

Noble has always been a guy whose substitutions are done by the minutes played, not by what is transpiring on the pitch.

The biggest example for me was the Catalans game at home last year. 15 minutes to go, Wigan winning by, I think, 12 points. Higham and Feka were leading the French a merry dance.

What does Noble do, he takes both of them off, probably because it was "time" for them to be brought off, we lose momentum, and they go on to win.

Pathetic.

But if we scored more points than wire we would be in the final!

But if Brian Noble was Wayne Bennett...................

Feka needs to be dropped until he rediscovers some form and fitness, we will lose nothing by dropping him currently.

I feel sorry for Bailey if thats how his career has ended at Wigan, but we need to focus on the bigger picture instead of an excellent clubman. Could see him following Noble to his next club.

If I thought he'd win I might agree, but I can't help but feel he'd get battered like he did v Mason, then v Radford.

That's going a bit far, lots of things went wrong on Saturday.

Phelps - Good game, but looking a little suspect under the high ball
Roberts - Couldn't catch a cold and off the pace in attack
Gleeson - Didn't protect Roberts when the kicks went up, offered nothing in attack.
Carmont - Average
Richards - Quiet but looked dangerous on a couple of occasions
Sam - Tried hard but nothing came off, they ran over him in defence a couple of times too
Leuluai - Caught out in defence a couple of times, but did well on both sides of the ball overall.
Coley - Good game
Riddell - Very quiet and went off injured, needed to step up for the big occasion but really didn't
Prescott - Good game
Hansen - Good in defence but nothing in attack
Bailey - Got injured after about 20 which helped us get knackered towards the end of the game
O'Loughlin - Still looked injured to me, very quiet

Fielden - Pants as usual
Paleaaesina - Caught out in defence loads, didn't take the ball in much either
Joel - Decent game
Flanagan - Good game, coming along nicely
