| Quote ="Tricky Dicky"There is part of me that thinks if we win the semi final then noble will get a new contract.
Lets face it, if he takes the side to wembley it will be difficult for the club to turn him away.
The only hope for the noble haters is if Noble will be gone before the semi.
We have one hell of a tough month coming up.
KR AWAY,
Quins Home
Catalan Home
Bulls away
Leeds home
Saints away
All before the wire semi.
I can see us winning our next 3 and hence he will survive. I have to admit though there is part of me hopes that we dont. How bad has it become for me and im sure many others to think like that'"
Cant see Noble being here next year whatever happens !!!!

| Noble IMO can only stay if we win the league it’s a simple as that.
Winning the league is the only way he can cover up for the woefull performances at the start of the season under the banner of the season is won at the end.
If we don’t win the league then it’s proof that all the matches matter not just the ones with 10 games left.
There are no excuses for the stupid decisions he’s made from the very first day of the season
-Resigning Mathers
-Starting last season’s yp of the year runner up and top forward try scorer on the bench in the first game of the season. Joel had earned his stripes the season before and we can all see the hit his performances have taken
-Playing musical positions against Wakey with Lockers going to stand off instead of playing Mcilorum
-Sending out the orders against Hull FC to put the ball up the middle and grind the game out when we had them on the ropes
-Dropping Shaun Ainscough when he was in scorching form(lets not forget which players started out mini rivial) 4 tries against Wakey and dropped?
-Dropping Sam against Hull KR when he’d scored the winning try in the CC the week before and rushing Piggy back
-Constant poor performances from the likes Fielden & Riddell but yet no kick up the or Accademy games for them?
-The Celtic fiasco
I’m sure others will have more to add as well.
Let’s not beat around the bush here we have under Noble’s guidance been terrible this season. We’ve lack organisation, skill, consistency and I don’t think the players fear him either.

Which proved to be the right decision. I don't see why people have issues with Noble re: Ainscough? He is 19 and the fans want him playing every week.

Look, Noble picks all the Aussies and Fielden first and then looks to see who else is available, starting with the senior players.
Thank you and good night Nobby!

No chance. We've had a few false dawns to think that a win at Hull K R would change things.

You are confusing him with Roberts, you know the "flying" winger IL bought who has had his wings clipped.

How in the world have you come to the decision that it was right?
All I can see is we had a quality winger who was ripping SL from his debut and what I see now is a player short on confidence after he was dumped to the reserves for reasons that Noble invented and twerps like you lapped up. Ainscough’s defence is no worse than that of Robert’s add to that he’s 100 times a better attacker than Roberts & Pat and constant threat with ball in hand. Surprisingly tho i never heard Noble ever mention that maybe something to do with a 19 year old making his new Aussie winger look like a fool? All the negativity and the way Ainscough was handled by Noble was disgusting.
Ainscough was our best winger at the start of the season, his enthusiasm out stripped anything Roberts or Richards have shown this season so far and he was also forming a good partnership with Carmont as well as doing his job and scoring tries.
Any coach that drops a winger after scoring 4 tries in a game deserves to lose his job.

Every man and his dog could see before the first game that we either needed a HB like Sam on the bench or Mcilorum on there because Piggy would never last a full 80.
Taking Piggy off, moving Tommy to hooker, moving Lockers to HB and then bringing Joel off the bench to 13 meant it was almost like playing a brand new team with a new 9, 6 and 13 and then swapping it all again when Piggy came back on.
Tactical ineptitude of the highest order on Noble’s part.

You should know by now, Shaun Ainscough is god around here, with Goulding as his prince.
One cannot talk of these two unless it is to lavish praise or build up beyond all sense of resonableness.

What does that prove? Your telling me the inform winger in SL at that time wouldn’t have played as well as Roberts? Was Roberts even that good in that game? What had Shaun done to deserve to be dropped as well?
Or what about the Warrington game where Ainscough looked a shadow of the cocky, energetic talent we had earlier on? You could tell he was terrified of making a mistake or messing up. He was hung out to dry by Noble and it’s safe to say from that performance we haven’t been working in training on his kick defence have we.
Before that Ainscough had come in for the Cas game and scored on debut and played well, he then played in the Quins game and won it for us. He’s called up for the Wakey game at the last moment and nails it how so how does Noble say thanks to a kid who has played a massive role in changing our fortunes and saved his job…..he drops him. Excellent management skills there Mr Noble.
Same goes for Sam-He comes into the team and transforms it, plays a massive role against Quins, puts in a stellar tackle on long at Murryfield, scores the decisive try against Wakey in the cup and is dropped against Hull KR the week after and we look clueless. He then gets a MOM performance in the next round of the cup against Salford and is dropped the week after against the same opposition even tho he’s good enough to train for the England team???
What must our young players think?

Sorry i didn't realise it was a crime to be proud of a Wigan lad performing well in SL.
I’m surprised you’ve not tried to blame all this on IL yet btw. He’s the devil incarnate don’t you know who’s responsible for everything bad that’s ever happened in the world.

There is a difference though between being proud of him doing well and being totally blind to the fact his game still needed some work.
Surely you agree?

Well, now that could never happen. He is faultless. Suffice to say, If everything was exactly as is, but Maurice was chairman, this place would have exploded.
