We couldnt have done much more imo, we only started to throw it around as the clock ticked down.

The one thing that irritated me was not going for the kick and chase option when we were deep in our own half instead of throwing the ball around.

I love George, but its got to be said, his defence against both Wakefield and Hull K.R has been awful.

Absolutley spot on.

He made 3 errors in the 1st half within HKR's 20 and missed the tackle for the 3rd try.

Gave effort all night but was very poor, our worst player, needs a rest.

He had a stinker last night and like somebody said his worst ever game for us but overall he's a fine player and has been a superb signing for us.

He didn't look fit last night and should sit it out next week unless he's 100%.

Carmonts struggled this year, he was strapped up AGAIN last night, its not just the kids who need a rest sometimes Nobby.

He's obviously not fit.

When fit he is one of the best Centres of the game, without doubt.

Its obvious he is carrying a knock, who would we play in his place? Pryce? Who would have been slated all the following week on here for making more errors than Carmont and Noble would have been slated for resting Carmont 'our best centre and dream team centre' against the top side in the comp, Noble would have been slated for it.

We lost, we shouldn't have, lets hope there are no fresh injuries other than Hock and concentrate on preparing for next week.

Our plan to close Dobson down worked a treat, we hardly gave him space to breath when he was about to kick, he did get a few good kicks away but we didn't let him play, hats off to Noble for targeting him eh? Credit where its due and all that?

Carmont has been quality for us since he arrived

Carmont is a good player for us but has been playing with strapping on his leg v Wakey and V HKR.
We got away with it v Wakey despite the try but we didn't v HKR.
If Noble took the gamble it didn't pay off.
I was surprised he did play, pouring rain, heavy pitch and he has a leg injury.
Probably won't play v Wire.

carmont is a good pro

BUT he is not one of the best centres in SL - he is just better than the crud we have had since renouf and gary c.

lets get real. he misses too many tackles, and doesnt create enough to be a great.
the fact that he is called one shows how far we have slid in recent times.

good bloke. great value. but certainly replacable.

georgie c has been playing on one leg all season, he really needs a week to rest up for the important cup game coming up, id give him a rest against wire on friday personally and play ainscough and phelps as the centre wing partnership after the last time we paired these two up they scored 6 tries between them in one game.

Id also be tempted to give riddell the week off next week because he did not look fit and gave us nothing last night. sam should play next week but i would not bet on it. Also we have gone with the same team over the last two weeks and that has been a winning team so why did we change it?

How far off is O'Carroll from returning? They said 10 weeks when he got injured and that was 10 weeks ago...

I think so. After DV anyone would look great (and will for years to come) but he definitely deserved a pay rise after his first season with us as he is a good pro but he is a "good" pro not a great player.

I think he will be let go at the end of the season.

Not a chance in hell. To release him would be a ridiculous scenario.

Pryce played at stand off for the first half in the reserves yesterday and centre in the second.

He scored one and made two, but IMO still is struggling fitness wise. Like Jonh has said many times on here we are going to have to be patient with him, but patience is something many on here don't have a lot of.

Against Wakey his effort in defence was also lacking for their 2nd try.
