Whilst I've recently been made aware of these accusations I'll take it with a pinch of salt, like I do with 99% of the rumours I hear regards the club.

Some people really do need to lighten up on here and whilst it wouldn't be right to publicly accuse members of staff at the Wigan club, these few posters should either report what you 'know' to the RFL and let's get it all open or pipe down!

I don't claim to be the messiah or that everything I am told is the case but I will believe what I want and my opinion or right to post it on a forum rightly or wrongly won't be altered by somebody on here, especially by someone who would dig through old threads and posts to find something I got wrong, I could save you the time and tell you a few things that haven't been right but I could just as easily tell you some that were right....

I deleted them from my sentbox after I sent them (about 6 times as my iPad wouldn't show if they had been sent or not) didn't realise or can't understand why that would stop you reading them.

I agree. In fact I once heard 'true fact' uttered from the mouth of a first team player at the time that turned out to be absolute bollox!

I wouldn't bother. Clearly some posters on here are here to argue, one can presume they haven't much else better to do.
And of course on here you aren't allowed a different option to the norm, if you do you have simply provided an excuse to let x, y and z to argue, which is ironically what they want.

PS I've never seen a bunch of grown men bitch and moan for a PM, I guess repeated name calling is a technique used to get information off people.

Either which way, enjoy supporting our club and rugby league, even if it contains the most mind-numbingly boring posters in the lad.

My source tells me that some of them even spread false rumours and they place bets with each other to see which makes it into the press.

I've sent a PM despite his moaning, but I'm not giving much away, I'm not in a position to I've just given him the jist of what I know without justifying how I know.

I've also questioned why this particular posters in attitude differs greatly in both the pm and on the open forum?? Seems a little two faced......

You just have accused them...... Of making financial gain by duping and belittling fans by spreading false rumours from within the club. Do you believe the current regime would allow this to happen?

The incident was from around six years ago. I haven't just been a supporter of the club this past year you know! (So no, it's not the current regieme).

But yet you assume this is what has been the case with me under the current regime.................interesting. People should think before they type

And isn't the same in reverse true?
Aren't 1 or 2 posters who are saying this rumour is true spending all their time dismissing other people's opinions because they haven't got a clue what has gone and in truth only believing what they've been told which is a "rumour"?

Aren't they being argumentative by continually defending these rumours without actually coming up with one shred of evidence to explain to others why they should believe them?
As far as I can see that makes them the argumentative ones as they are the ones continually defending a situation/someone whilst not explaining why?

We all know your stance on the situation and as you continually like to tell everyone those defending hock know more than everyone else.
Why don't you guys sleep well safe in the knowledge that you know the truth and let everyone else get on with it?
If as you say the club crumbles and other players leave etc you can come back really smug and smile to yourself safe in the knowledge that it was everyone else living in fantasy cuckoo land.

I've heard the rumours building over many many months as well. I've also heard other ones about hocks "social" circles being a problem again and again. Which ones do I believe?
I too wouldn't be naming names and posting or PMing people about them but I also wouldn't be coming on here telling people that "I know something that you don't" when I couldn't back it up with any evidence!

If they are true then yeah I do have a touch of sympathy, but to be honest not nearly enough to make me question the clubs decision to get rid.
