How is this looking from our POV?

Is it good that wire are having an easy day and won't be battle hard for friday or would it have been better for them to have a really tough game?

Week before Wire won at Wigan last year we'd put 60 on Salford. Doesn't make an difference what so ever. They beat Quins 58-0 last year just before we won away at their place.

What it does do is reinforce that Wire are our main rivals for the title, just as they were for most of last year till they fell away.

They are now 66-6 btw.

well they won't be as fatigued as us on Friday after our defensive efforts.

but as bilko has said mate, it cant be good to have an easy game the week before a very tough one, i was hoping for a tough hit out as preparation, not that im not happy with putting 70 points on quins.

Very impressive from the Wire. It could get even more embarrassing for the Quins. Without a doubt Warrington are our biggest rivals for the title. After that slip up at the MM weekend they've impressed me with victories over Leeds and Saints.

True Friday will take care of itself you can look at it both ways as I said Wire won't be half as fatigued but also the negative aspect that Quins clearly ain't testing Wire like they need or what Wigan will do.
