I think they had a difficult job, and didn't do it too well. They were far too excitable, when the match was exciting enough. I normally like Carney but he was poor last night in my view. I don't think it was deliberate. I have watched it again this morning, and it appears the second contact is when the Fev player is trying to wrestle his way out the tackle, the momentum of his body jerking forward, thus taking his body forward and head forward into Hansen, nowt in it.

Having looked at Sky, I don't think it was deliberate, the second one seems to happen as Stu is wrestling out of the tackle.

Not Stu's usual style, although he has been up before the beak once or twice.

The commentary team were always going to big up Fev as much as possible and I thought they did quite a good job of calling the game. The anti Wigan bias was to shout for the underdog, I even think Clarkey would have been anti Wigan if he was on! If Stevo and Eddie were there we would have heard non-stop about Silverwoods poor decisions instead they did what they were suppose to do.

I'd look at the draw tomorrow first before deciding who to rest. If it's a tough away trip I'd be tempted to let Hansen and Hock have the week off because both have played some really tough games this year and are massive to our chances.
