Was put down as a great game overall and even though we were weakened, we were pretty poor in the first half (and scoreless). Think we had a great 25 minutes in the 2nd half in that game.

we have turned terrible after the exiles game and it was the same last season but we was papering over the cracks better last season.

I agree, but its the first time in a long time we stepped up for a big match. Since then we've just got by and not stepped it up a level.

There's some players there who are bloody lucky we haven't got enough strength in depth for them to be dropped.

On one hand we haven't been winning games.

On the other, the only games I have seen us be absolutely cack and lose is Hudds and Catalans today. (Didnt see Cas).

We missed SOL today, badly, as well as Goulding.

The thing is though, when you look at games we have lost, which have been must-win.

None.

In the scheme of the season (which I dislike), we have not lost one knockout game yet.

Win next, week, no one is that bothered about a few league losses,win the playoffs and noone will even care about them.

I think Wane saw a side to people last year, won the LLS, but nothing else and no credit, only disappointment. I think and hope that this year his priorities have changed.

You could take a plus today that no bans and no injuries (as of yet). Compare to Hudds who have Brough injured, to Hull FC who could potentially have Yeaman, Tickle, Lineham out for the final, to Leeds who have numerous injuries and Warrington with Myler out and maybe we are actually better off in some ways.

Said it at the start of the season, finishing top 4 and reaching the Semis of Cup and SL would have been good to me with all the changes. Add the injuries/rests and a trip to Wembley, still looking like top 4 and unknows Playoffs and all is not that terrible really.

Partly. We don't really know who could have played in recent weeks and if they should despite a slight niggle as opposed to outright injury that genuinely did or should have kept them out of the side.

However where I think Wane has gone wrong is he was still changing [iother[/i players about every week and I think he has continued to rest other players who were not injured.

The net result is a side that likes like they are a bunch of strangers.

This is not hindsight on my part either as I raised this concern a few weeks ago on here.
