not even bothered to read most of this thread today. Leeds where lucky to get on the board. Carmont never hit their winger high. And I am still fuming about ablett. He holded his arms going for the "tackle" it was a straight red and it shows McClenan has no sense as a coach. He went for exactly the same tactics as wire did, hit us hard. Unfortunately we have wisened up to those tactics and without two frontline props and mossy we hammered them upfront!

I think it makes him an easy target for big hits and cowardly attacks. As with the abblett incident he was also creamed by Burrow which led to a Leeds try? Surely more effectiv at 6?

I think you are right, and atm he is too small to handle it. Nothing wrong with his heart, and he is as tough as they come, however, he should not be put in the position where he is singled out for those hits ala Fielden.

I think it's take away part of his game as well. He's a very skillful player and his niggliness and getting under the skin of the opposition is a great ploy. But when he's back there he's a sitting duck.
