Iv worked it out that we have got 9400 from the rfl and if its 2 per ticket they all could be gone by the time you/i get there as we have around 9k season ticket holders not includind lotto agents/shareholders.

The numbers dont add up at all.

I reckon we have 9700 according to the clubs website, how can we possibly allow 2 per season ticket?

Hence why it is first come first served.

We will recieve more tickets when we sell all these ones.

Don't panic people, lots of wigan fans have already bought tickets for the Grand final, also (believe it or not) not every season ticket holder will be going to the final. Many will buy direct from the RFL, so there will be plenty to go round. Old trafford holds over 76000.

Does anyone know the opening hours for the RFL ticket line?

I was going to go down to Red Hall on Monday and give the dog a run as well as buy some tickets, but I'm a little worried that all the £21 tickets will be sold by then. What's everyone reckon will there be some left or should I buy them now while I can?

I know that the ticket office opens at 10am but does anyone have an idea when it would be best to get down to the ground for, as I should imagine the queues for a Wigan v Saints grand ticket will be rather long!!

10.00am to 2.00pm tomorrow and then 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

I was going to phone them for tickets tomorrow (despite being a season ticket holder) but finally managed to get through on line after being in an almighty queue. The good thing with Wigan having posted the specific block numbers making up the club allocation is that you know where to pick 'neutral' tickets to be close to a main block of Wigan support.

Well my amateur club sec bought ours weeks ago and I told him to 'hold' me 2 tickets...

Fortunately we took a club vote not to bother with the £21 tickets which were like watching on a 3.5" mini TV and a complete waste of money, and we've gone for decent seats this year.

So next Sat, we play at 12.30, few beers, minibus to OT and let's have it!!!!



Sad thing is, a few Saints fans from our club aren't going, they're bored of seeing Saints lose at Old Trafford. True story.

Would never risk buying through the RFL, you never know who you're going to be sitting near.
Last thing you want is to be sat near a gang of pi$$ed up Wire, Leyth, Whinos fans..etc singing anti-wigan songs for 80 minutes, kinda spoils the event - it's happened to me before.

Would rather purchase through the club, at least your sat with your own for the game.
