I called again this morning , the office staff stated that my digital ticket was sent out last week, I informed her that I have not had any email she offered to send again which I agreed to, I am now on a list to have my ticket resent. I asked when would this happen and she couldn't confirm. I did ask what happens if this does not work and she stated that they will ensure that nobody misses out on the game, how they will do this I don't know but I wont be happy having to either take time from work or queue up for a lengthy period prior to the game.

Queued 45 mins at the stadium and got 6 paper tickets for Friday. Didn't fancy waiting till the day and being in a massive queue then.
Repeated our request for emailed season tickets. They couldn't say when they might arrive.

| More pain for me on the ticket website. I went on earlier to order a single ticket, under my flexi membership but got an error message both times. I checked my emails in between each attempt and after and haven’t had anything. I’ve just gone back on the ticket website and it says I’ve ordered 2 tickets under my membership, which surely shouldn’t even be possible, as you choose 4 individual games! And I’ve had no emails with tickets attached to them. Also when ordering a ticket under this flexi membership, it forces you to put in your card details, even though the cost is zero!
In short, it’s not fit for purpose! Fingers crossed somebody responds to an email I’ve just sent.

| If it were just short term teething problems I think that would be understandable. But the extent of the problems and the length of time it is taking to fix it is now becoming a very serious issue.
Kris Radlinski spoke recently about how he feels some complaining fans have a 'corner shop' mentality. Well this ticket fiasco is every bit as amateurish as a dodgy corner shop.
Fans are being put off from even attempting to buy tickets at the moment and some seem to be getting such bad treatment that they may not return for a while. Sort it out for crying out loud.

The crowd will be interesting on Friday. My old man wants me to get him a ticket, as he’s 76 and not great with technology and I’m genuinely dubious of trying to do it on the ticket site because every ticket I’ve bought so far has needed to be followed up with an email/call. Feels like the easiest option currently is to just go in person and buy one but that is crazy when it’s supposedly a cashless Stadium, running a policy of trying to get you to use technology. I’m not too bad with technology and have never had issues like these (on such a consistent basis) on any sales platform before.

I wasn't aware of the quote from Radlinski, I have been more than patient taking into account the patronising responses I have had to emails, then take into account the ones that have not been responded to. I paid upfront in August 2023 and I would be better off paying on the day. I will be taking into account SKY showing all game before I renew again. Choosing my games is a real option now

After trying to explain the issue for 5 mins, only for the women to keep talking over me, she eventually told me I’ve already ordered 2 tickets for Friday. I then got chance to tell her what I was trying to tell her at the start, in that I got an error message both times and haven’t received anything. She then said the website had an outage yesterday hand my account is stuck but Ticketmaster are in tomorrow and they’ll sort it and I’ll be emailed an E-Ticket.

Were they individual game tickets or season tickets/flexi membership tickets?
The lady on the phone seemed to suggest issues have been more based around season tickets and what I have, which is the flexi membership. Hopefully the boffin from Ticketmaster will sort it all out tomorrow!

I had a similar experience on Monday with the box office telling me that my ticket has been sent I new it hadn't despite her insisting that it could be in my spam I said I would look and called back and the office had closed. I think I was the first caller Tuesday. They listened and said did I want it re-sent. I am now on the list for tickets being sent. They couldn't give me day when it would be sent. I have no confidence in them. The club needs to be honest with the fans, the constant fobbing off is not helping.

| I’d like to say I’m surprised but the supposed Ticketmaster visit hasn’t done the trick for me today. I still have no ticket for the game tomorrow after numerous attempts to sort it out via this flexi membership.
Shall try and find some energy to call tomorrow and have another crack but if I get the same women as yesterday, I may as well give up. It’s really poor all this. Fans of sports clubs aren’t just normal customers like in other businesses. I actually care about the club and want it to thrive but they’ve made such a mess of this sadly.

Back on the phone today that makes nearly 3 hours this week. For the third time I was told my ticket has been emailed I checked all folders while talking to office. Tried sending me a one off e-ticket for tomorrow the ticket was not appearing in my mail. I have now been changed to an actual season ticket. I asked when that would come and she couldn’t confirm a time scale. I asked why is nothing being communicated to fans and she agreed it should be. I will say that this was the most helpful anyone has been so far. I have had three emails not responded to.
I have since tried sending all kinds of letters and docs to my email and all have been received. If you have the time look at some of the issues raised on Facebook.
I am seriously considering my auto renewal

Having followed yours and others' travails over the last few weeks , I consider myself fortunate to have received digital season tickets - notwithstanding that I'm classed as 18-21 (I'm 60) and my daughter is an adult (she's 19). Oh, and my 51 year old brother is an under 8...

| I think someone should send screenshots of this topic to the club. The ticket office staff are the ones getting it in the neck, but the management mustn't be aware of the extent of the problems, or they would respond officially and in public. Wouldn't they?

| I've spent 25 mins on hold so far. Started in queue position 14 and have been number 10 now for about 15 minutes. On top of all the issues with the systems, clearly they aren't over staffed! You have to feel sorry for them because currently it must be a case of coming in for 9am and being absolutely battered until 5pm over an issue that isn't their fault. Issues are starting for Latics fans now as they're at the stage of registering new Ticketmaster accounts and loads are having problems. I think they've stopped responding to emails now as well (probably due to not having enough staff) because before Huddersfield you got a response easily enough but I've had nothing for over a week and a lot of Latics fans are saying the same.

| Finally sorted. It took an hour and 20 minutes this morning, an hour and 15 minutes on Wednesday on the phone and 3 emails, to get a ticket for the South Stand via my flexi membership. It should take 2 or 3 clicks of a mouse.
The lady I spoke to today was far more helpful than Wednesday but did again try and get me off the phone by saying Ticketmaster were coming in this Afternoon and would sort it. That is what I got told on Wednesday (but that they were in Yesterday), so I pointed that out. When I did, she spoke to another member of staff who manged to sort it in a couple of minutes. They had the seat I purchased showing as a totally different person and as a season ticket seat, so there are some major flaws somewhere impacting them.

| Having read all the tales of woe on here and elsewhere, I decided from the beginning that I am damned if I'm going to spend hours on the phone to the ticket office hanging on; as far as I'm concerned, if it can't be sorted by email, then too bad. Fortunately I have a physical ST. And I shall make sure I always have one in future, too.

Just for balance, we’ve had no problems at all. Both our season tickets have been added to our phone wallets and I’ve also got two free season tickets added to mine for two of our grandkids.

I am once again sending an email regarding my season ticket. It’s the 30th of April and I still do not have the ticket that I paid for August 2023.
I am getting more frustrated, I have spent hours on the phone, wasted time queuing up and have sent numerous emails. As far as I am concerned I have done my bit. Going forward I will not

I am totally disgusted with how this issue has been handled. For the club to ignore the situation and not regularly inform customers of the issues is either poor management of a situation or the club treating long standing fans and ticket holders with contempt.
I would not expect to be treated like this by any service provider and I do believe that I like others have been more than patient with the club.
I do not expect a reply, previous contact attempts have been ignored.

Our six season tickets arrived separately to our three different addresses on Friday, postmarked Thursday April 25th. The club clearly had not posted them when they said they had.
Plastic tickets, though we asked for digital.
Obviously the club has failed abysmally throughout this episode and it's unacceptable that they have made no public comment for some weeks.
I wonder how many people are still without their season tickets, two days before the third home game?
A suggestion: don't phone the ticket office. Phone one of the other numbers at the club, where there is no wait time.
Tell them a tale about sponsorship or conference booking and then demand politely that they get the ticket office to contact you about your season ticket.
Let's just say that I know someone who this worked for...!

| I have no trust in the ticket site in terms of ordering with my flexi membership, so I phoned for my ticket for Thursday. It doesn't give you much faith in the whole set up when you can hear one of the women in the office having a blazing row with a customer in the background, screaming at them to stop saying she does not know how to do her job ![Laughing icon_lol.gif](//www.rlfans.com/images/smilies//icon_lol.gif) along with a load of other stuff.
I tried to order an additional ticket for Catalans but the payment system wasn't working.
