I'd swap Peacock for Carvell and Charnley for Hall (but I'd let Charnley have a go against Wales). Also Crabtree usually plays well for England so would be tempted to change him for Mossop.

now, i know what your thinking, its got nothing to do with easing SOL out, but imo bridge's best performances this year for us have been when he's been playing loose forward for us, as an extra attacking threat (as opposed to us playing a prop there). Something to think about.

But all of O'Loughlins best performances have been at loose forward this year, because he's a loose forward, Bridge isn't.

If Bridge gets picked at loose forward it will be down to more brain farts and lack of knowledge from Mcnamara.

You can't look past O'Loughlin there in my view. He's the best LF in the comp, no one comes close in my opinion, so I really don't see the need in moving a centre to LF.

Bridge has played well there, but its a different matter when your under the cosh against a top team. To be honest the only alternative I'd consider to O'Loughlin would be Westwood, he fits the "third prop" mould that the NRL is using so much these days.

just thinking from a ball handling attacking point of view, you know how people have said to sinfield isn't good enough as a playmaker, well bridge has done very well and been very effective when playing there this year.

Sinfield's problem at international level is that he isn't physical enough and doesn't always work hard or hit hard in defence. Organisation isn't a problem because games are so tight (at least in terms expansive attacking play) that using a loose forward purely as a pivot is a waste for most of the game.
The best way to go is to have a loose forward who is outstanding defensively, makes as many tackles as possible, has the ability to make hard yards like a standard forward player while also having the ability to play as a playmaker on the few occasions it's needed. There is no better 13 for England than O'Loughlin.

Good as a utility option, similar to Lockers playing at 2nd row. Banana is a tool though, he'll have Tomkins at 8, lockers at 1, Morley at 5 and Carvell at 7

Lockers genuinely ain't too shabby with ball in hand.

IMO (and it is just that). SOL is one of the best passers in the league.

I'd definately consider Bridge for a bench spot, I think with Roby being able to do 80 minutes I'd have Bridge or Lomax there to cover across the backline.

Unfortunately I think Robinson will be there though.

I think Bridge should play in the centres. But you must be joking if you think hes a better option than Lockers as a loose forward!

Different option

Wellens is a different option to Sam at FB, doesnt mean I think it should happen. We could play that knight thing with a bin on it's head instead of Roby, that's a different option.

Say Lockers gets injured during a game then what?
