I wouldnt say the comment is resentful, just an accurate depiction of half of the posters who sway with the wind where noble is concerned rather than realising he is inadequate!

If other clubs can do it then so can we.

We're no weaker anymore when he doesn't play and by not throwing him at the deep end and him constantly getting peppered with high kicks and losing confidence we'll have a good player for years to come.

We will get injuries and he will play, he will do the job and eventually become a regular in the team. He does not need to be great under the high ball, just swap him round with his centre for the kicks, easy. He is possibley one of the top 3 finishers in the league, I have been very impressed with him especially with his commitment and passion, he is a great asset to our team.

Not to sure what to think about the chant though, I would rather use Mark Calderwoods song.

As for the point he raised. I agree it's an issue for concern. I usually agree with the adage 'don't change a winning team' but given that we did exactly this a week before for the Saints match and given that Ainscough scored 4 last time out against Wakefield I can't see why we can't follow this horses for courses selection policy once again.

Wasnt Ainscough marking Blanch last time out too? who is now out injured? In SA isnt going to be up against a proven 1st choice winger surely some of his defensive liabilties would be such an issue, and his defensive abilities would be given greater value?

Back to the thread, we dont have to play Ainscough at every opportunity, he is still only young, he will get his fair share of games and will do well like I said, people need to stop going into panic mode as soon as Noble does something they dont agree with, its all of a sudden armogedan just because we have left a young player out with only a handful of games under his belt.
