Ryan Hall, Shenton, Myler, S Moore and Macarthy-Scarsbrook are my tips as outsiders to get in.

From Wigan Coley, Hock and especially O'Loughlin deserve a crack dependant on how experimental the line up is.

If Tony Smith is going to experiment - Sam Tomkins, Joel Tomkins and Sean Ainscough. See how they get on.

As for in form players - Sean O'loughlin, Gareth Hock and Andy Coley should all be called up.

Martin Gleeson as well if we can't find anyone better.

A shoe in regardless of form for the Quad nations as we don't have anybody else for right centre but he may not be picked for the mid season game.

May aswell have a look at Atkins, Lawrence or even Wheeler.

Actually that's a very good team and certainly the strongest we've looked across the back three in a long time imo.

Swap Coley for Fielden and it would be even better.

TBH I'd rather none of our players were involved, to keep them fresh and injury-free for our league campaign. I know there is some kudos attached to playing for England/GB, but not if it affects our chances for a better league position.

It'll be interesting to see how many Warrington players are involved.

i agree on wheeler. from what i have seen from him this year he looks an outstanding prospect for the scum. he is not quite attracting the hype that Sam T and Shaun A are attracting either, which will allow him to progress easier IMO

Coley should get a shout also. i would love to see Stu F in the frame because it could be a chance for him to show All RL fans that he is getting back to good (not top) form.

Slightly OT but i really wish they would resurect the GB team. it really lacks the Kudos now that it is england. for me GB v AUS was the highlight of the year sports wise. all nations united against an old enemy. really miss that, really do.

Fielden should have been given his chance at the end of last season to prove himself once again. It could have even partly ressurected his career but we will never know now

id of have westerman a shoe in until he got injured. richard owen could be pushing for a place as well as tom briscoe on early season form.

i think the pack picks its self to be honest.

we need to try new combos in the backs and myler / tomkins could be our halves for england for years to come, why dont we get them used to playing with each other?

i think briscoe deserves his chance at full back now time for him to take it.

also in the 3/4s ainscough shenton could be a centre wing pairing for england for years and also ryan hall and atkins could be.

I would be tempted to take gleeson because he will add some experience to the backs.

So Lockers who many fans on this site say isn't a captain but the players and successive coaches have supported him as captain, is now recognised as the man for the England captain's job.

You never know maybe some of the posters on here may have another think, probably not though as watching the game from the stands v's working closely with the man is enough to give anyone more insight into the players than any coach/player.

Hope they dont call of the Celtic match , accomodation already booked for the weekend
